Information clause for natural persons and natural persons conducting business activity. Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), I inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Maszrol Chamier-Gliszczyński Spółka Komandytowa, 83-209 Godziszewo, Siwiałka NIP: 5921987104 (hereinafter AD);
2. The Data Administrator has not appointed a Personal Data Inspector. All issues regarding personal data can be sent to the following e-mail: sekretariat@maszrol.pl, or to the address of the registered office indicated in paragraph 1);
3. Your personal data will be processed in order to fulfill orders, art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the general GDPR regulation;
4. The recipient of your data will only be AD employees on the basis of authorization;
5. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country / organization;
6. Without your consent, personal data will be made available only to the competent state authorities on a justified request, you may obtain copies of your personal data provided to the authorities;
7. Your personal data will be kept for the period related to the execution of the order (contract), no longer than for the period resulting from legal provisions, including for accounting and tax purposes;
8. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. In order to verify whether you are authorized, we may ask for additional information;
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office when you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the general GDPR regulation;
10. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal;
11. Your personal data is not used in automated decision making, including profiling;
